The Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. To protect continuity across board transitions, we publish role-based contacts rather than personal email addresses — messages reach whoever currently holds each office.

Official statutory notices to owners. By law, you cannot unsubscribe from these.
Managing agent. The Association works with a professional managing agent for day-to-day operations. Routine maintenance and account matters can also be routed through support@vlscoa.org, and the current managing-agent contact is listed on the Management Certificate.
A dedicated Association mailing address and phone line are being established and will be published here and on the Management Certificate once available.
