Assessments
Regular assessments fund the maintenance, insurance, and operation of the community's common elements. Assessment amounts, due dates, and payment options are set out in the governing documents and the Board-adopted Assessment Collection Policy, which is contained in the recorded Community Manual. Questions about your account should go to treasurer@vlscoa.org or support@vlscoa.org.
What is not posted here. Individual owner ledgers, delinquency and collections information, bank details, and detailed working financials are confidential. Owners may request permitted financial records through the records request option.
