New owner registration
Just bought a unit? Register with the Association so you receive assessment statements and required notices.
Update owner contact info
Keep your mailing address, phone, and email current with the Association, as your governing documents require. You may also set your notice preferences here.
Architectural / ACC request
Request approval for exterior modifications, additions, or design changes before starting work. Review the Design Guidelines first.

Records inspection request
Owners (or an owner's designated agent, attorney, or CPA) may request to inspect or copy certain Association records under Tex. Prop. Code §82.1141.
Resale certificate / transfer request
Selling or transferring a unit? Owners, agents, and title companies can request the resale certificate and statement of account required by Tex. Prop. Code §82.157.
Records requests. Owners have a statutory right to inspect and copy certain books and records of the Association. The Association responds within the timeframes set by Texas Property Code §82.1141 and withholds records that are confidential by law — for example, another owner's personal, financial, or violation information, and privileged legal matters.
